  I ordered a custom vanity top through Menards. I was excited when I received notice it was in sooner than the time frame originally provided. Unfortunately, when I got it home the front panel had a scratch, chip, and paint cover up markings...meaning it left their warehouse damaged. Now, 3 weeks later my replacement top is on its' way. I've had to call Imperial repeatedly to get anywhere with this. I never got a call with an update from staff. I've sought credit for the incredible inconvenience this has caused to be told they are covering their product under warranty. The problem is the warranty isn't the issue. They shipped a damaged top to begin with. Imperial does not seem to value their customers. I now am responsible for disposing of the damaged top and rearranging my work schedule to be home to make sure the replacement top doesn't sit in front of my home all day.
  This review has been discussed with multiple staff at Imperial, who again have demonstrated customer satisfaction is not their priority. I would love to support a US company but when customer value doesn't exist, it's difficult to recommend them to others.
